No mention is how much the transfer fee must be paid by Chelsea to sign Cahill. However, the British media estimate the value of about 7 million pounds (about USD 98.7 billion).
Chelsea also did not announce how the duration of the contract for Cahill. They only mentioned that the 26-year-old defender will wear jersey number 24.
